From your initial inquiry to our one-on-one phone consults, the discover phase is when we get to know you and learn all about the vision you have for your wedding day - your photo & video needs, special requests, wedding details, and more.
Your personalized booking call is where we'll go over your options. With all of the information you gave us in the discovery phase, we'll present you with three collection options - each aligning with your vision, but all unique in their offerings.
Once you're in our calendar, you'll have access to our detailed welcome kit and unlimited planning calls. In these calls we'll help with timeline creation and planning family photos, finding vendors, or any other wedding planning task you may need help with.
The day you say 'I do.' This is when we do all the work and the two of you just take it all in - the day when the magic happens. We'll arrive before our scheduled start time, and begin capturing your story as it unfolds. It's your day, enjoy it!
5 - Happily Ever After
This phase of course includes every day after your wedding day! But at Royal Photos, Happily Ever After includes receiving your sneak peeks within 48 hours, and receiving your final gallery in just a few weeks. We'd also love to hear your feedback on your experience!

The Royal Photos Wedding Collections
Fully tailored to your unique celebration, the Royal Photos Wedding Collections provide clients with 100's of edited images, can cover multi-day events, and can be enhanced with our a la carte add-on services. Some of our most popular add-ons:
- We'll take Polaroid photos the day of your wedding or engagement session and return them to you the same day!
- Our team will supply you with 2-10 Instax Polaroid cameras to place around your venue for guests to use, showcasing their point of view of your wedding day.
In addition to your wedding day photography and videography, we also offer boudoir sessions, 'Day Before' & 'Day After' Sessions, rehearsal coverage, and bridal sessions!

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do we make a reservation or check availability? To make a reservation or check availability, contact me on social media, through email at shotby.royalphotos@gmail.com, or by phone at (336) 588-4480. A minimum nonrefundable deposit equal to 40% of the total price is required to reserve a date.
- Will you be the one photographing our wedding? Usually, yes! But in the event I already have a wedding booked that day, or I’m not personally able to make it, I have a team of associates that are more than capable of delivering the same exceptional service. So you get the same experience!
- How do you photograph weddings? On your big day, I want to capture the feelings, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. As a photographer, I do NOT want to solely direct or interfere with your wedding, I want to observe and document it.
- When will we get our photos? A sneak peak is sent out 24-48 hours after your event! And your full gallery will be sent out within 1-3 weeks.
- How many pictures will we receive? During weddings & events, I tend to take a lot of photos. You can expect to receive 50-100 images an hour. Refer to your contract or invoice for more accurate numbers.
- How do you deliver our photos? All edited images, the final works, are delivered in an online gallery where you can view, share, & download your images. Royal Photos also offers photo albums, photo paper prints, metal & acrylic prints, canvases, save the dates/invites, & more!
- Where are you based and do you travel? I’m currently based in Troy, Missouri and yes, I love to travel! And I will travel anywhere & everywhere to capture all of your special moments. If you’re planning a destination wedding, or like my services but are worried about insane travel fees, don’t hesitate to reach out - I’d love to see if we can create a tailored collection for you.
